ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the rear shocks to 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir units and adds dual-rate rear coils, a 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilover with tubular front upper control arms, and a front sway bar drop kit. The system is tuned to increase shock cooling and travel, improve front-end geometry and caster, and provide a balanced on- and off-road ride while accommodating aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: Superior damping, increased oil capacity and cooling, and up to 3–4.5" front lift over stock when used with ICON billet front upper control arms.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Larger diameter and remote reservoirs for improved heat dissipation, longer consistent damping, and a smoother ride.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer initial rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance; yields 4" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 2" rear lift on TRD Off-Road/TRD Pro models to help maintain a level stance.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, added caster, improved suspension clearance, and durability; UCAs include the Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Shock serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Tire and wheel fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (minor fender trimming/modifications may be required); recommended aftermarket wheel offset +25 mm.

Performance benefits: Increased piston area and larger 2.5" shock bodies provide up to 40% more travel over stock, improved heat management to resist damper fade, and a balanced front-to-rear tune for superior handling on- and off-road.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding vehicle accessories or weight can alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using ICON Diff Drop (Part# 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part# 55164 is also required.
• Typical lift ranges by submodel: most Sequoia submodels — 3–4.5" front / 4" rear; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels — 1–2.5" front / 2" rear. For shorter rear ride heights consider kit part number K53237T.
