ICON Stage 6 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system upgrades the Sequoia with 2.5 Series front remote-reservoir coilovers, dual-rate rear coils and remote-reservoir rear shocks to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased shock cooling and greater suspension travel for use with larger tires and aggressive wheel fitments.

• Vehicle-specific design for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
• 2.5 Series front remote-reservoir coilovers — larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area and remote reservoirs for greater oil volume, heat dissipation and resistance to damper fade
• Adjustable front ride height — allows a wide lift range when combined with ICON billet upper control arms for fitment of larger wheels and tires
• Tubular upper control arms (UCA) — correct front-end geometry, add caster and improve suspension component clearance
• Delta Joint PRO — serviceable, rebuildable joint in the UCAs providing full bump and droop travel with up to 90° total articulation
• Sway bar drop brackets included — reduce sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel to allow full wheel movement without overstressing OE components
• Dual-rate rear coil springs — soft ride rate for comfort with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and superior off-road capability; designed for taller rear ride heights
• V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks — matched to the front coilovers for balanced front-to-rear control, improved performance and cooler operating temperatures under heavy use
• Rebuildable and re-tunable shocks — all ICON shock absorbers are serviceable for long-term maintenance and tuning

• Lift ranges shown are based on stock-equipped vehicles; adding accessories or extra weight can alter lift results.
• Typical lift without TRD Off-Road package: approximately 3–4.5" front and 4" rear.
• Typical lift with TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro: approximately 1–2.5" front and 2" rear.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Not compatible with vehicles that have load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Recommended wheel offset: approximately 25 mm; common recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5 and 18x9 (confirm fitment for specific wheel/tire combinations).
• Tire fitment: up to 35 x 12.50 may be achievable with minor fender trimming and/or modifications.
• After installation, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required.
• Certain 4WD submodels without the TRD Off-Road package may require additional driveline or clearance modifications to prevent front axle stress or damage; additional hardware may be needed if the vehicle is equipped with specific skid plates or other submodel accessories.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and can be rebuilt or re-valved to suit application and use.
