ICON Stage 6 Complete Suspension System for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 5 platform with remote reservoir 2.5 Series front coilovers and complementary rear remote reservoir shocks. Engineered for improved on- and off-road performance, this system increases shock oil capacity and heat dissipation, expands front lift range for up to 35" tire fitment, and corrects front-end geometry for better alignment and drivability.

• Vehicle-specific design: Tuned for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers: Larger 2.5" body, increased piston area, and vehicle-specific valving for up to 40% more travel and superior damping.
• Adjustable front ride height: Approximately 3–4.5" of lift over stock using the included upper control arms (varies by submodel).
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, additional caster, improved clearance, strength, and durability.
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint design that allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind through the suspension travel range to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: Softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and off-road capability. Provides approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD Off-Road models or 0" rear lift on TRD Off-Road-equipped vehicles to achieve a level stance.
• V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks: Matched to the front coilovers for balanced control, improved cooling, consistent damping, and rebuildability.
• All shocks rebuildable and re-tunable: Long-term serviceability and tuning options for different driving conditions.

Recommended wheel & tire guidance

• Aftermarket wheel sizes commonly used: 17x8.5" or 18x9".
• Typical recommended offset: ~25 mm.
• Tire fitment: Up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; adding weight (accessories, armor, winches, etc.) will alter actual ride height and lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package may require a front differential drop or compatible axle modifications to prevent front axle stress or damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with certain TRD skid plates, additional hardware may be required for proper fitment.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front and rear lift examples by submodel:
  • Non-TRD Sequoia: Front ~3–4.5" lift; Rear ~2" lift.
  • TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro submodels: Front ~1–2.5" lift; Rear remains at stock height.
