ICON Stage 6 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the front 2.5 Series coilovers to remote reservoir versions, delivering improved on- and off-road performance, greater shock heat dissipation, improved alignment range, and increased front lift to accommodate up to 35" tires.

Front suspension features vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height, a larger shock body and piston area for increased travel (up to ~40% more than stock), and improved damping consistency under heavy use.

Upper control arms are billet aluminum, designed to correct front-end geometry, provide increased caster and camber adjustment, and improve suspension component clearance. The OE ball joint is replaced by the serviceable and rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Rear suspension uses dual-rate coil springs that combine a softer ride height rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and excellent bottoming resistance off-road. V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks are tuned to match the front coilovers for balanced vehicle control and consistent damping under heavy use. All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• Billet aluminum upper control arms with serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full articulation
• Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and protect OE components
• Rear shocks: 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks matched to coilovers
• Rebuildable & re-tunable: ICON shocks are serviceable for long-term maintenance and tuning

Recommended wheel & tire guidance: Up to 35 x 12.50 tires may be used with minor fender trimming or modifications. Typical recommended aftermarket wheel offset is around 25 mm. Specific wheel widths and backspacing will vary by wheel design and vehicle setup.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends a diff drop or appropriate axle modification to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional hardware may be required for proper installation.
