ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the rear 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks to remote reservoir versions and pairs them with ICON 2.5 Series internal reservoir front coilovers, dual-rate rear coils, tubular front upper control arms, and a front sway bar drop kit. The system increases shock cooling and travel, improves front-end geometry and caster, and provides adjustable lift for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires while maintaining balanced on- and off-road performance.

• Front coilovers: 2.5 Series internal reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height, allowing increased front lift for larger wheel and tire combinations and up to a 40% increase in travel over stock.
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks for improved heat dissipation and consistent damping under heavy use.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry and added caster for improved drivability; UCAs use the Delta Joint Pro to allow full bump and droop travel and reduce bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel and help preserve full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Rebuildable shocks: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Performance and fitment highlights: When installed with the ICON billet aluminum front upper control arms, the front coilovers provide adjustable lift. Typical front lift ranges are 3–4.5" over stock on most submodels (non-TRD), with approximately 2" of rear lift; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see 1–2.5" front lift and remain at stock rear height. The system supports up to 35x12.50 tires with minor fender trimming in most configurations.
