The Stage 5 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the rear 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks to remote-reservoir versions for improved on- and off-road performance. The system increases heat dissipation, improves alignment specs, and expands front lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. Package includes dual-rate rear coils, 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers, billet front upper control arms, and a front sway bar drop kit.

The vehicle-specific 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers offer adjustable lift and increased piston area for improved travel and damping. When used with the billet aluminum front upper control arms, front ride height adjustability allows the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while delivering superior ride quality both on- and off-road.

The billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improve suspension component clearance. Replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO allows full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort, excellent bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance. These springs are designed for taller rear ride heights to provide a level stance front to rear.

The V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks are tuned to complement the front coilovers, maintaining consistent damping under heavy use by keeping shock operating temperatures lower. All shocks in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges assume a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or axle upgrade is recommended to avoid potential front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional hardware may be required for fitment.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 4" of rear lift over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels will typically see ~1–2.5" front and ~2" rear over stock. For shorter rear ride heights, consider an alternate kit.
• Wheel/tire fitment: up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming. Recommended wheel offset approximately 25 mm for proper fitment.
