ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 5 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the rear shocks to remote-reservoir 2.0 Aluminum Series units and adds dual-rate rear coils, 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers, a billet aluminum front upper control arm kit, and a front sway bar drop kit. The package improves on- and off-road performance, increases rear shock heat dissipation, corrects front-end geometry, and provides front lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.

• Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 2.5 Series front coilovers: Internal-reservoir, adjustable; increase piston area and travel for improved ride quality and up to 40% more travel than stock.
• Adjustable front ride height: Allows approximately 3–4.5" of lift over stock when used with the billet aluminum front upper control arms (submodel-dependent).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, increase caster/camber adjustment, and improve suspension clearance; include the serviceable Delta Joint Pro for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Provide a softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance; yield approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on TRD Off-Road-equipped Sequoia for a level stance.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks: Tuned for the Sequoia to provide balanced control with the front coilovers; remote reservoirs maintain cooler operating temperatures and consistent damping under heavy use.
• Serviceable and re-tunable: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fit with this system.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace) or 18x9" (6" backspace) with approximately 25 mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tire size: 35 x 12.50 (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required for full fitment).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift heights are measured on a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle accessories or weight will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, use of a differential drop or TRD axle upgrade is recommended to avoid front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional adapter or required component for clearance may be necessary.
• Typical lift outcomes by submodel:
  • Most Sequoia submodels (non-TRD Off-Road/TRD Pro): front lift ~3–4.5" and rear lift ~2".
  • Sequoia with TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro: front lift ~1–2.5" and rear remains at stock height.
  • If taller rear ride height is desired for specific configurations, consider available rear-height options or supplemental kits.
