ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia combines ICON 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms, dual-rate rear coils and ICON 2.0 Series rear shocks to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, corrected front-end geometry, and lift for larger wheel and tire fitment.

System highlights:

• Adjustable 2.5" front coilovers with internal reservoirs and vehicle-specific valving for superior damping, increased piston area and up to a 40% increase in travel over stock.
• Tubular front upper control arms built to correct front-end geometry, add caster and improve suspension clearance while enabling full bump and droop travel via a serviceable Delta Joint design.
• Sway bar drop brackets to minimize link bind and allow full suspension articulation without overstressing OE components.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs that combine a softer ride-rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance.
• 2.0 Series rear monotube shocks tuned to complement the front coilovers for balanced front-to-rear control; all shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.

Ride height and fitment overview:

• Without TRD Off‑Road package (standard non‑TRD Sequoia): Front lift approximately 3.0–4.5" over stock; rear lift approximately 4.0" over stock.
• With TRD Off‑Road package or TRD Pro: Front lift approximately 1.0–2.5" over stock; rear lift approximately 2.0" over stock.
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming and modifications.
• Recommended wheel offset: Approximately 25 mm offset for aftermarket wheels.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock‑equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load‑leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package require a diff drop or compatible axle solution to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional skid plate hardware may be required for fitment.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes for proper fitment and clearance: 17x8.5" and 18x9" with approximately 25 mm offset.
