ICON Stage 4 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 4 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia combines ICON VS 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers, ICON tubular front upper control arms, dual-rate rear coil springs, and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, corrected front-end geometry, and the ability to fit up to 35" tires with proper stance.

The front coilovers offer increased piston area and a larger 2.5" shock body to maximize travel (up to 40% more than stock) and provide adjustable ride height when used with the tubular upper control arms. The tubular UCAs restore proper caster and clearance while the serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joint eliminates bind for full bump and droop travel. A front sway bar drop kit is included to minimize link bind throughout suspension travel. The rear dual-rate coils give a comfortable on-road ride with a firm overload rate for bottoming resistance, paired with 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks tuned to match the front for balanced vehicle control.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset, or 18x9" with 6" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using a differential drop (Part# 55156) or Toyota TRD axles (Part# 434200C020 driver / 434100C020 passenger) to avoid front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part# 55164 is also required.
• Most Sequoia submodels: front lift range ~3–4.5" and rear lift ~2" over stock. Submodels with TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro: front lift range ~1–2.5" and rear remains at stock height. For taller rear ride heights, consider kit part number K53234TS.
