ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia combines adjustable 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO, dual-rate rear coil springs and 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks. This complete system provides front lift and leveling for up to 35" tires, increased suspension travel, improved ride quality, and corrected front-end geometry for on- and off-road performance.

System highlights

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
• Front coilovers: 2.5 Series internal-reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height (up to 3–4.5" over stock when used with the billet upper control arms)
• Front upper control arms: Billet aluminum UCAs with increased camber and caster adjustment and improved component clearance
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint that provides full bump and droop travel and reduces binding
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind and allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components
• Rear springs: Dual-rate coil springs for a comfortable on-road ride with firm overload resistance off-road; provides 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on TRD Off-Road models to achieve a level stance
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks with internal reservoirs—matched to the front coilovers for balanced control
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter actual lift.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop or axle modification is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional skid plate part may be required (part number 55164).
• Typical lift ranges: most submodels see front lift of approximately 3–4.5" and rear lift of 2" over stock; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see front lift of 1–2.5" with no rear lift. For taller rear ride heights, consider kit K53234S.
• Tire fitment: up to 35 x 12.50 with minor fender trimming.
• Recommended wheel offset: +25 mm.
