ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 3 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia features vehicle-specific ICON V.S. 2.5 Series threaded-body front coilovers, dual-rate rear coil springs, and ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks. This system provides improved on- and off-road performance, front-end lift and leveling, increased wheel travel, and the ability to run larger tires while maintaining balanced vehicle control.

The front setup uses ICON 2.5 EXP internal-reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height. When used with the OE upper control arms, the front offers approximately 3.0–3.75" of lift over stock and up to a ~40% increase in front wheel travel compared to stock components for superior ride quality on- and off-road.

Included sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The rear uses a dual-rate coil spring design delivering a comfortable on-road ride with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance. These springs yield 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 2" of rear lift on Sequoia models equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro, allowing a level stance front-to-rear.

ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks are matched to the front coilovers to provide a balanced tune and improved performance for everyday street driving and off-road use. All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight (accessories, etc.) will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• ICON does not recommend lifting above 3.75" (Sequoia) without ICON upper control arms; exceeding this without the proper UCAs can result in improper wheel alignment and potential front axle damage on 4WD models.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using an ICON diff drop (part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, ICON part #55164 is also required.
• Vehicles equipped with OE TRD billet front upper control arms will require ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms (part numbers 58461DJ or 58561DJ) for fitment.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Typical lift expectations: most Sequoia submodels will achieve ~3.0–3.75" front lift and ~4" rear lift over stock; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels typically achieve ~1.0–1.75" front lift and ~2" rear lift. For shorter rear ride heights, consider kit part K53233.
