ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia provides front-end lift and leveling for up to 35" tires while improving on- and off-road performance. This system pairs 2.5 EXP series front coilover shocks (designed to reuse factory coil springs), tubular front upper control arms with serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joints, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, and V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks for balanced control and ride quality.

• Front suspension: 2.5 EXP series coilover shocks that reuse factory coil and hardware; adjustable ride height
• Front lift range: Adjustable from 0 to 2.13" over stock
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry and added caster for improved alignment and drivability
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint with up to 90° total articulation to eliminate bind and allow full bump/droop travel
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Rear suspension: Dual-rate coil springs for a comfortable on-road ride with firm overload rate for bottoming resistance; provides 2" of rear lift
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks with internal reservoirs tuned to complement the front coilovers
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Tire fitment: Up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required)
• Recommended wheel offset: Approximately 25 mm
• Rear lift: 2" over stock (most submodels)
• Front lift: 0–2.13" over stock (most submodels)

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with TRD Pro models.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road Package, use a diff drop (Part# 55156) or an appropriate axle upgrade to prevent potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part# 55164 is also required.
• Most Sequoia submodels will net the stated lift (0–2.13" front, 2" rear). Submodels with the TRD Off-Road Package may remain at or near stock ride height while gaining improved ride quality and suspension performance.
