ICON Stage 2 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 2 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride quality, travel and vehicle stance by combining 2.5 EXP front coilover technology with billet front upper control arms and a dual-rate rear coil spring package. Designed to provide front-end lift and leveling for proper fitment of up to 35" tires while maintaining balanced on‑ and off‑road performance.

• Vehicle fitment: 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
• Front suspension: 2.5 EXP series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs that reuse factory coil springs and hardware, adjustable ride height (0–2.13" front lift over stock using snap ring)
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum front UCAs for corrected front-end geometry, increased caster/camber adjustment and improved suspension component clearance
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable ball joint design allowing full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Rear suspension: Dual-rate rear coil springs providing a softer ride plus a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off‑road capability, yielding approximately 2" of rear lift for a level stance
• Rear shocks: 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged monotube shocks with internal reservoirs tuned to complement the front coilovers for balanced vehicle control
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Tire clearance: Supports up to 35" tires with minor fender trimming or modifications

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load‑leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with TRD Pro.
• For some 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop may be recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional brackets may be required.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see approximately 0–2.13" front lift and 2" rear lift; submodels with the TRD Off‑Road package may remain at stock height while gaining improved ride quality and suspension performance.
