ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 EXP Suspension System — 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra

The Stage 2 EXP suspension system improves on- and off-road performance for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra while providing front and rear lift and fitment for up to 35" tires. It pairs 2.5 EXP front coilover-style shock absorbers with 2.0 aluminum-series rear monotube shocks and includes a rear leaf spring expansion pack to increase ride height and comfort without sacrificing load capacity.

  • Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra.
  • Front 2.5 EXP Series shocks: 2.5-inch rebuildable coilover-style front shocks that utilize the factory coil and coil hardware and provide 0–2.25" of adjustable front lift using a snap ring.
  • Rear leaf spring expansion pack: Replaces factory secondary leaves while retaining the main and overload springs to soften spring rate, increase ride comfort, and provide approximately 1.5" of rear lift.
  • 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks: Nitrogen-charged monotube rear shocks tuned to balance with the front EXP units for improved on- and off-road control.
  • Serviceability: All shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
  • Trimming required for recommended tire size.
  • Not compatible with rear TRD sway bar kit.
  • Not compatible with TRD Pro.
  • OEM wheels and tires: compatible.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5 (5.75" backspace / 25mm offset); 18x9 (6.00" backspace / 25mm offset); 20x9 (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
  • Recommended tire size: 35 x 12.50 (minor fender trimming may be required).
  • Rear raise height: ~1.5 in.
  • Front lift range: 0–2.25 in.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 25 mm (typical recommendation).
