ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 EXP Suspension System — Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 EXP suspension system for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma improves on- and off-road performance while providing front and rear lift and fitment for up to 33" tires. The system combines 2.5 EXP series front coilover shocks, tubular upper control arms, sway bar relocation brackets, a rear add-a-leaf, and 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks for a balanced, durable upgrade.

System highlights

• 2.5 EXP Series front coilovers: Rebuildable 2.5-inch diameter premium shocks that reuse the Tacoma’s factory coil springs and hardware to deliver 1–2" of front suspension lift, custom-tuned performance, and increased wheel travel.
• Sway bar relocation brackets: Provide clearance between the sway bar and EXP coilovers, reduce link bind through the suspension travel range, and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, add caster, improve suspension component clearance, and replace the OE ball joint with a serviceable Delta Joint for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind.
• Rear Add-a-Leaf: Replaces the OE overload leaf to soften the rear spring rate, improve ride quality on- and off-road, and provide approximately 1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs: Nitrogen-charged monotube rear shocks tuned to complement the 2.5 EXP front coilovers for balanced vehicle control and improved performance.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
