ICON Stage 3 EXP Suspension System — 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Stage 3 EXP suspension system is engineered to improve on- and off-road performance while providing front and rear lift and fitment for larger tires. The system pairs the 2.5 EXP series front coilover-style shocks with 2.0 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms with the serviceable Delta Joint, sway bar relocation brackets, and a rear add-a-leaf to soften the rear spring rate and raise the rear of the truck.

• Vehicle fitment: 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma
• Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series front absorbers (use factory coil and coil hardware) — rebuildable and custom tuned
• Adjustable front ride height: 0–2" of lift over stock via snap ring
• Sway bar relocation brackets: Provide clearance from EXP coilovers and minimize sway bar link bind through full suspension travel
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum UCAs with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment and serviceable Delta Joint for improved geometry and reduced bind
• Rear spring modification: Add-a-Leaf replaces the OE overload leaf to soften spring rate and provide improved ride quality and performance
• Rear lift: Approximately 1.5" rear lift over stock
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir monotube shocks for balanced front-to-rear control
• Rebuildable: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 33 x 11.50 tires (minor fender trimming may be required)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 (0mm offset / ~4.75–5.00" backspace)

Technical Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Not compatible with TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with 2005–2015 rear-wheel-drive Tacomas with 5-lug studs.
