ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 EXP Suspension System — 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 EXP suspension system enhances on- and off-road performance for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, providing front and rear lift and clearance for up to 33" tires. The system combines 2.5 EXP series front coilover shocks, sway bar relocation brackets, a rear add-a-leaf, and 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks to deliver improved ride quality, travel, and balanced control.

The 2.5 EXP front coilovers are a rebuildable, 2.5-inch diameter design that reuses the factory coil spring and hardware while offering 0–2" of adjustable front lift via a snap ring. Sway bar relocation brackets reduce link bind and provide clearance from the EXP coilovers to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The rear add-a-leaf replaces the OE overload leaf to soften the rear spring rate, improving ride quality and providing approximately 1.5" of rear lift. The V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks are tuned to complement the front EXP coilovers for balanced vehicle control and enhanced on- and off-road performance. All ICON shock absorbers in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
