ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 EXP Suspension System — 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma
The ICON Stage 1 EXP suspension system is an entry-level performance upgrade designed to improve on- and off-road performance while providing front-end lift and leveling for proper stance and fitment of up to 33" tires. The system pairs 2.5 EXP front coilover-style shocks that reuse the factory coil and hardware with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged monotube rear shocks for a balanced, controlled ride.
- Vehicle fitment: Specifically engineered for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma.
- Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series, fully rebuildable 2.5" diameter design that utilizes the factory coil and coil hardware, offering custom-tuned performance and maximum travel.
- Adjustable front ride height: 0–2" of lift over stock using the included snap ring.
- Sway bar relocation brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and provide clearance from the EXP coilovers to allow full suspension travel.
- Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks tuned for the Tacoma to provide matched front-to-rear control and improved on/off-road performance.
- Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
Notes:
- Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
- Fits up to 33" x 11.50" tires; minor fender trimming may be required.
- Trimming required for recommended tire size.
- Not compatible with TRD Pro models.
- Not compatible with 2005–2015 rear-wheel drive Tacomas that use five lug studs.
- Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
