ICON

The ICON Stage 14 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra is a vehicle-specific upgrade that improves on- and off-road performance, increases suspension travel, and allows fitment of larger tires while retaining excellent street manners. The system pairs 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers with billet aluminum front upper control arms, triple-rate rear coil springs, adjustable rear links and track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks for a balanced, tunable ride.

  • Vehicle-specific fit: Designed for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra to optimize geometry and alignment for larger wheel and tire combinations.
  • Adjustable 2.5 Series front coilovers with CDE Valves: Remote reservoirs improve oil volume and cooling; CDEV allows active in-vehicle compression damping adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
  • Front ride height adjustability: Up to 1.25"–3.5" of lift over stock when used with the included billet front upper control arms (actual range varies by sub-model and vehicle options).
  • Increased wheel travel: Vehicle-specific valving and larger 2.5" shock bodies yield up to 40% more front travel over stock for improved off-road capability.
  • Billet aluminum front upper control arms: Corrected front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, improved clearance, and serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
  • Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind through suspension travel to allow freer movement and full wheel travel.
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs: Provide a compliant droop/ride rate with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance; nets approximately 0.5" rear lift on non-TRD models while maintaining OE height on TRD-equipped models.
  • Billet adjustable rear upper & lower links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends, on-vehicle adjustability, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation.
  • Billet rear adjustable track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with rod-end thread adjustability for on-vehicle centering of the axle.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDE Valves: Larger-diameter shocks with remote reservoirs and internal Bump Zone for improved damping, heat control, and active compression tuning to match the front coilovers.
  • Rebuildable & re-tunable: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully serviceable and re-tunable to extend service life and maintain performance.

Notes

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment: yes. Recommended aftermarket wheel: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25 mm offset).
  • Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
  • Advertised lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
  • Shocks are fully serviceable.
  • Front lift ranges vary by sub-model and options: typical ranges include 1.25"–3.5" (most i-Force gasoline models), 0.75"–3.0" (most i-Force MAX hybrid models), and 0"–1.5" (Tundra TRD Pro). TRD Sport package examples may show 2.25"–4.5'.
  • Included rear springs net approximately 0.5" of rear lift on Tundra models without a TRD suspension package; TRD-equipped models typically remain at stock rear height.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights, an additional part (55153) may be required.
  • If the vehicle has a TRD aluminum skid plate, part 55164 may be required.
  • For certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, use of a differential drop (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles is recommended to avoid front axle damage.
  • An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
  • Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
  • May require additional ICON parts depending on vehicle options: 55153, 55156, and/or 55164.
