ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 13 Complete Suspension System

The ICON Stage 13 suspension system for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra improves on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, increased front lift range for proper stance and fitment for up to 35" tires, and billet aluminum adjustable rear links for enhanced articulation and pinion angle adjustment. The kit combines 2.5 Series remote reservoir CDEV front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms with serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joints, sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks for a balanced, tunable ride.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra.
• Front suspension: 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDE Valves provide adjustable compression damping and 1.25"–3.5" of front lift over stock when used with the included billet front UCAs (actual range varies by model and equipment).
• Rear links: CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower rear links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation and reduced deflection.
• Control arms: Billet aluminum upper control arms restore correct front geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment, improve component clearance, and include the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks provide increased oil volume, improved cooling, a Bump Zone for additional damping on hard impacts, and CDE Valve active compression adjustment for on-the-fly tuning.
• Ride and travel: ICON vehicle-specific shock valving and larger 2.5" shock bodies increase piston area and travel (up to 40% more front travel vs. stock) for superior ride quality and suspension performance.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow freer movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; many components are serviceable and rebuildable for long-term use.

Technical Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift height ranges apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight or accessories will alter lift range.
• Lift range varies by sub-model and equipment: typical front lift ranges include approximately 1.25"–3.5" for many i-Force gasoline models, ~0.75"–3" for many i-Force MAX hybrid models, and ~0"–1.5" for TRD Pro models. SR5 with TRD Sport package may see different ranges (example: 2.25"–4.5").
• Included rear shocks are compatible with limited rear lift amounts depending on rear spring type and TRD options; consult vehicle-specific requirements before installation.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Vehicles equipped with auto-leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension may require additional parts.
• May require additional ICON parts depending on vehicle equipment (examples: 55153, 55156, 55164).
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors and the CDEV valves for active compression damping changes; an iOS-operated device is required to run the IIC app. Once configured the system functions without driver input.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
