ICON Stage 12 Complete Suspension System — 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 12 complete suspension system for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra adds CDEV-equipped 2.5 Series coilovers and rear shocks for improved on- and off-road performance. The system delivers active electronic compression damping via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), increased front-end lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, improved alignment specifications, and greater suspension travel and durability.

• 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDEV for adjustable, high-capacity damping and improved shock cooling.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and automatically adjust compression damping; wireless control via the IIC app.
• Adjustable front ride height — typically 2–3.5" over stock when used with the included tubular upper control arms (varies by model and package).
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) provide corrected front-end geometry, added caster, improved suspension clearance, and durability.
• Delta Joint PRO (serviceable and rebuildable) in the UCAs allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDEV — larger diameter, improved heat dissipation, unique internal Bump Zone that adds additional damping for hard bottom outs, and a balanced tune with the front coilovers.
• Increased travel and performance — vehicle-specific shock length and valving yield up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock while maintaining superior ride quality.
• All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25 mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is also required.
• Some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require a differential drop (ICON part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Lift height ranges vary by sub-model and package: Tundra TRD Pro typically 0–1.5" front; most i-Force gasoline models typically 2–3.5" front; most i-Force MAX hybrid models typically 2–3" front; SR5 with TRD Sport Suspension can see 3–4.5" front (rear lift limits vary by model and package).
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 0–1.5" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs without TRD suspension; compatible with up to 0–1" of rear lift on models with TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
• Some configurations require additional ICON part numbers (for example 55156 or 55164) depending on vehicle package and skid plate configuration.
