ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Tundra combines adjustable 2.5" remote-reservoir coilovers, triple-rate rear coil springs, billet aluminum control arms and links, an adjustable rear track bar, and front sway bar drop brackets to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased travel, and a broader lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.

  • Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS — Large 2.5" shock bodies, increased piston area and remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling. Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) provides independent low- and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings for each.
  • Wide front lift adjustability — Coilovers adjust front ride height to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations and allow up to the system’s advertised lift range when used with the included billet upper control arms.
  • Billet aluminum front upper control arms — Correct front-end geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment and suspension clearance. Includes a serviceable, rebuildable joint to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
  • Sway bar drop brackets — Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to preserve full wheel travel and prevent overstressing OE components.
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs — Provide softer droop/ride rates for comfort with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and improved off-road performance; designed to yield nominal rear ride-height changes depending on trim.
  • Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links — CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation, reduced deflection and on-vehicle length adjustability; multi-durometer bushings for quiet, low-maintenance operation.
  • Billet rear adjustable track bar — CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double-adjuster threads for on-vehicle fine length changes to properly center the axle after lift.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDXS — Larger-diameter rear shocks with remote reservoirs and an internal Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom-outs; matched valving and CDXS adjustment for balanced front-to-rear control.
  • Rebuildable and serviceable components — All ICON shocks and many suspension components are designed to be serviceable and re-tunable for long-term performance.

Key benefits: improved ride quality and suspension travel (up to a significant increase over stock), independent compression tuning for handling and comfort, corrected suspension geometry, improved articulation and pinion/track alignment, and compatibility with larger wheel/tire combinations.

Notes

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment: compatible.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel: 17x8.5" with approximately 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
  • Recommended tire size: up to 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming/modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
  • Advertised lift heights and ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight (accessories, cargo, etc.) will alter effective lift range.
  • Front lift ranges vary by engine and trim: typical i‑Force gasoline models have the larger front lift range, i‑Force MAX hybrid models have a reduced front lift range, and TRD Pro/trim variations will affect available front lift. Rear springs will net approximately +0.5" on non‑TRD models and remain near stock height on TRD-equipped models unless different springs are selected.
  • Some vehicle configurations (automatic leveling headlights, load‑leveling rear air systems or other factory adaptive systems) may require additional components or may be incompatible; verify vehicle options before purchase.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • 4WD models without TRD Off‑Road configuration may require a differential drop or other drivetrain modification to prevent front axle stress; verify drivetrain requirements for your sub-model.
  • Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after fitment.
