ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra adds billet aluminum adjustable rear links to the Stage 9 platform and combines remote-reservoir 2.5 Series CDXS front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms, a front sway bar drop kit, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks to improve on- and off-road performance, increase front lift range, and allow fitment of up to 35" tires.

• Front coilovers: Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) for independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment; 10 detented settings for each.
• Front ride height: Adjustable up to approximately 2.0–3.5" over stock when used with the included tubular upper control arms (actual range varies by sub-model and options).
• Travel & performance: Larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area and vehicle-specific valving deliver up to ~40% more front wheel travel vs. stock, improved damping consistency and reduced heat-related fade via remote reservoirs.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, added caster and improved component clearance; replace OE ball joint with serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full suspension articulation without overstressing OE links.
• Billet adjustable rear links: Tubular 1-3/4" DOM construction with PTFE-lined FK rod ends, length adjustability, multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and high angularity without periodic greasing.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks with CDXS, internal Bump Zone for additional damping on hard bottom-outs, matched tune to front coilovers for balanced handling.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
