ICON Stage 10 Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra adds billet aluminum adjustable rear links, 2.5 Series CDCV remote-reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms, a sway bar drop kit, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV rear remote-reservoir shocks. The system improves on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, increased travel, corrected alignment geometry, and lift height adjustability for larger wheel and tire fitment.

• Delta Joint Pro replaceable ball joint design for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind
• Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel
• Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with internal bump zone and CDC Valves for balanced front-to-rear control
• Fully rebuildable and serviceable shock absorbers

Notes

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• If equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension, part #55153 is also required.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using ICON Diff Drop (part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles (part #434200C020 driver / #434100C020 passenger); failure to address axle geometry can result in front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part #55164 is also required.
• Most Tundra sub-models with the i-Force gasoline engine will achieve approximately 2–3.5" of front lift over stock.
• Most Tundra sub-models with the i-Force MAX hybrid engine will achieve approximately 2–3" of front lift over stock.
• Tundra SR5 equipped with TRD Sport Suspension package typically achieves 3–4.5" of front lift over stock.
• Tundra TRD Pro typically achieves 0–1.75" of front lift over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package, and compatible with 0–1" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
