ICON Stage 9 Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 9 complete suspension system upgrades front and rear shock absorbers with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) and remote reservoirs to provide adjustable compression damping, improved travel, and enhanced on- and off-road performance. The system includes remote-reservoir 2.5 Series front coilovers with CDCV, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDCV, tubular front upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint PRO, and sway bar drop brackets for improved suspension articulation and clearance.

• Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
• Adjustable front lift: Up to 2–3.5" of front lift over stock when used with included tubular UCAs (varies by sub-model and options).
• 2.5 Series front coilovers: Remote reservoirs, larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area, up to 40% more travel vs. stock, and adjustable compression via CDCV.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks: Remote reservoirs, internal Bump Zone for up to 20% additional damping on hard bottom-outs, and CDCV with 10 compression settings for balanced front-to-rear control.
• Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV): Externally adjustable with 10 settings to dial compression from soft to firm.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, increased caster, improved clearance, and enhanced strength.
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint on UCAs providing up to 90° total articulation to eliminate bind and allow full bump/droop travel.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable: All ICON shock absorbers are fully serviceable for long-term maintenance and tuning.
• Tire & wheel guidance: Supports up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming; recommended aftermarket wheel spec: 17 x 8.5" with 5.75" backspacing / 25 mm offset.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift range varies by sub-model and powertrain:
  • Most i‑Force gasoline models: 2–3.5" front lift range over stock.
  • Most i‑Force MAX hybrid models: 2–3" front lift range over stock.
  • SR5 with TRD Sport suspension package: 3–4.5" front lift range over stock.
  • TRD Pro: 0–1.75" front lift range over stock.
• Rear shock compatibility:
  • Compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without TRD suspension package.
  • Compatible with 0–1" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs with TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a diff drop (Part #55156) or suitable TRD axle solution is required to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part #55164 is required.
• Recommended tire fitment up to 35 x 12.50 with minor fender trimming.
