ICON Stage 9 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 9 suspension system upgrades the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra with 2.5 Series remote-reservoir shock absorbers featuring Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) for independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment. The kit improves on- and off-road performance, increases front wheel travel, expands front lift height for proper stance and fitment of up to 35x12.50" tires, and includes billet aluminum upper control arms and sway bar drop brackets.

  • 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS for precise compression tuning and improved shock cooling
  • Adjustable front ride height — up to 1.25"–3.5" of lift over stock when used with the included billet aluminum upper control arms (varies by sub-model and engine)
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks tailored for the 2022–2025 Tundra to balance front/rear damping and improve off-road performance
  • Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) to correct front-end geometry, provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improve component clearance
  • Delta Joint Pro serviceable/rebuildable joint in UCAs for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel
  • Increased wheel travel — allows up to a ~40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
  • Fully serviceable shocks — all ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes:

  • Shocks are fully serviceable.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel: 17x8.5" with 25mm offset. Recommended tire: 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, use of a diff drop or appropriate axle solution is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models.
  • Front lift ranges vary by sub-model and engine:
    • Most i-Force gasoline models: approximately 1.25"–3.5" over stock when used with the included billet UCAs.
    • Most i-Force MAX (hybrid) models: approximately 0.75"–3.0" over stock.
    • Tundra TRD Pro: approximately 0"–1.75" over stock.
    • TRD Sport package: approximately 2.25"–4.5" over stock for applicable configurations.
  • Rear shocks are compatible with:
    • 0"–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package.
    • 0"–1.0" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
  • Some configurations and trim packages may require additional parts (for example part numbers 55156 or 55164) for proper fitment or to accommodate skid plates or specific lift ranges.
