ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System — 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 9 complete suspension system upgrades the front and rear damping for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra with externally adjustable Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV). Designed for on- and off-road performance, the system delivers greater wheel travel, improved heat dissipation, and tunable compression for a controlled ride whether crawling, trail driving, or high-speed desert use. The package includes 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDCV, 2.5 Series remote-reservoir rear shocks with CDCV, billet aluminum front upper control arms, and front sway bar drop brackets for improved articulation and clearance.

• 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity, improved cooling, and up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock.
• Externally adjustable CDC Valves on all shock absorbers providing 10 compression damping settings from soft to firm.
• Adjustable front ride height — up to approximately 1.25–3.5" of lift over stock when used with the included billet aluminum upper control arms (actual range varies by sub-model and configuration).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms for improved strength, corrected front-end geometry, and on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment.
• Delta Joint PRO serviceable joint design in the upper control arms to allow full bump and droop travel while reducing binding.
• Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and preserve full suspension articulation.
• 2.5 Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with internal Bump Zone for added bottom-out control and matched damping tune to the front coilovers.
• Fully rebuildable and re-tunable shock absorbers for long-term serviceability and performance tuning.
• Compatible with larger tires — allows fitment of up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming in many configurations.

• Front lift ranges vary by sub-model: most i-Force gasoline models typically see approximately 1.25–3.5" of front lift; most i-Force MAX hybrid models typically see approximately 0.75–3"; TRD Pro models typically see approximately 0–1.75". Actual results depend on vehicle trim and options.
• Rear shock compatibility: designed for 0–1.5" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package; compatible with up to 0–1" of rear lift on models with TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension or with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• On some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or axle upgrade is recommended to prevent front axle stress or damage.
• Certain skid plates or vehicle-specific accessories may require additional components or modification for proper fitment.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
