ICON Stage 8 Complete Suspension System — 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 8 complete suspension system for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra increases ground clearance and suspension articulation while improving on- and off-road performance and alignment for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system combines ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, adjustable rear lower links, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks for a balanced, durable tune front-to-rear.

• Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra to deliver improved geometry and drivability.
• 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers: Larger 2.5" shock body and vehicle-specific valving provide increased piston area, up to 40% more front wheel travel, superior damping, and improved shock cooling.
• Adjustable front ride height: Coilovers allow approximately 2–3.5" of lift over stock when used with the included tubular upper control arms, enabling larger wheel and tire combinations.
• Tubular front upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase suspension clearance, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow greater wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Adjustable rear lower links: Improve rear articulation, allow pinion angle adjustment, and feature corrosion-resistant construction with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for low-noise operation.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Larger diameter rear shocks with remote reservoirs for consistent damping and an internal Bump Zone that adds ~20% damping on hard bottom outs.
• Rebuildable design: All ICON shock absorbers included are fully serviceable and re-tunable.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• On 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using the ICON Diff Drop (Part# 55156) or TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, ICON part #55164 is also required.
• Front lift height ranges by engine/trim (approximate): i-Force gasoline models ~2–3.5", i-Force MAX hybrid models ~2–3", SR5 with TRD Sport suspension ~3–4.5", TRD Pro ~0–1.75".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package; compatible with approximately 0–1" of rear lift on models equipped with TRD suspension or TRD Pro.
• Tire and wheel fitment: supports up to 35x12.50" tires with minor fender trimming. Recommended wheel example: 17x8.5" with ~25mm offset.
• Certain vehicle/trim configurations may require additional ICON parts (for example Part# 55156 or Part# 55164) for proper fitment or component protection.
