ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — Toyota Tundra (2022–2025)

The ICON Stage 7 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra upgrades the rear shocks to 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir units and pairs them with ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms, and a front sway bar drop kit. The system improves on- and off-road performance, increases shock cooling and durability, corrects front-end geometry, and provides a front lift range suitable for fitting up to 35" tires with proper stance and alignment.

The front 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers are adjustable and, when used with the included tubular upper control arms, allow increased front ride height and greater wheel travel (up to 40% more than stock). Remote reservoirs expand oil volume and heat dissipation to reduce damper fade during heavy use. The tubular upper control arms restore alignment, add caster, improve suspension clearance, and include the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to enable full bump and droop travel without binding.

The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks provide larger-diameter performance and smoother on-road behavior while maintaining capable off-road damping. Remote reservoirs and an internal Bump Zone increase consistent damping and add extra control during hard bottom-outs. All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability and tuneability.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25mm offset recommended).

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a diff drop or TRD axles are recommended to prevent potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part 55164 is required.
