ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The Stage 6 complete suspension system upgrades the front 2.5 Series coilovers to remote-reservoir versions and pairs them with tubular upper control arms, rear remote-reservoir shocks, and sway bar drop brackets. Designed to improve on- and off-road performance, cooling and heat dissipation, alignment, and front lift range to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.

• Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
• 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers: Larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area and vehicle-specific valving for greater travel (up to 40% increase over stock) and improved ride quality; adjustable front ride height when used with the included tubular upper control arms.
• Adjustable front lift: Front ride heights adjustable approximately 2"–3.5" over stock when used with the included tubular UCAs, allowing fitment of more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, added caster, improved suspension clearance, and increased strength and durability.
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable and rebuildable joint providing full bump and droop travel and up to 90° of total articulation to eliminate bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks: Tuned to complement the 2.5 front coilovers for balanced front-to-rear control, improved damping consistency and cooler operating temperatures under heavy use.
• Fully rebuildable and re-tunable: All shock absorbers in the system are serviceable for long-term maintenance and tuning.
• 100% bolt-on installation: No cutting or welding required.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17" x 8.5" with 5.75" backspacing / 25 mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; advertised lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle and may change with added vehicle weight or accessories.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is also required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using the ICON diff drop (part number 55156) or TRD axles to prevent potential front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• Estimated front lift ranges by configuration:
  • Most i-Force gasoline models: ~2"–3.5".
  • Most i-Force MAX hybrid models: ~2"–3".
  • Tundra SR5 with TRD Sport suspension package: ~3"–4.5".
  • Tundra TRD Pro: ~0"–1.75".
• Rear shock compatibility:
  • Models with rear coil springs (without TRD suspension package): compatible with up to ~0"–1.5" of rear lift.
  • Models with rear coil springs with TRD suspension package or TRD Pro: compatible with up to ~0"–1.0" of rear lift.
