ICON Stage 6 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra upgrades the Stage 5 platform with remote-reservoir 2.5 Series front coilovers and matching remote-reservoir 2.0 rear shocks. Designed for improved on- and off-road performance, the system increases shock oil capacity and heat dissipation, delivers greater travel and refined valving, corrects front-end geometry with billet aluminum upper control arms, and provides lift height range to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35" with minor fender trimming.

• Rear: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks tuned to balance front and rear damping
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum UCAs with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment for corrected geometry
• Delta Joint Pro: Serviceable, rebuildable joint in UCAs providing up to 90° total articulation and full bump/droop travel
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind and allow full suspension articulation without overstressing OE components
• Travel & lift: Up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock; adjustable front ride height range when used with included UCAs
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• OEM wheels and tires: compatible.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight (accessories, armor, etc.) will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If the vehicle is equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using the ICON diff drop (Part# 55156) or Toyota TRD axles (Part# 434200C020 driver / 434100C020 passenger) to avoid potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Typical front lift ranges by configuration:
  • Most i-Force gasoline models: ~1.25–3.5" over stock.
  • Most i-Force MAX hybrid models: ~0.75–3" over stock.
  • TRD Pro: ~0–1.75" over stock.
  • TRD Sport package (SR5 with TRD Sport): ~2.25–4.5".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with:
  • 0–1.5" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package.
  • 0–1" of rear lift on models equipped with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
