ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 4 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra combines V.S. 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers with tubular front upper control arms to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, corrected front-end geometry, increased front-wheel travel, and a taller front lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The package also includes sway bar drop brackets and V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks for balanced front-to-rear control.

• Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
• V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers: Internal reservoirs, larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area for superior damping and up to a 40% increase in front travel over stock.
• Adjustable front ride height: Typical adjustability when used with included tubular UCAs ranges from 2" to 3.5" over stock depending on model and configuration.
• Tubular front upper control arms: Improve strength, alignment correction and drivability; include the Delta Joint Pro for full bump and droop travel and increased articulation.
• Sway bar drop brackets included: Minimize sway bar link bind and allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components.
• V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks: Tuned to complement the front coilovers for balanced handling and improved on/off-road performance.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable: All ICON shock absorbers in the kit are fully serviceable.
• 100% bolt-on installation: No drilling, cutting, or welding required.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17 x 8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25 mm offset recommended).
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is also required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop (part 55156) or appropriate axle configuration is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Typical front lift ranges by configuration:
  • i-Force (gasoline) models: approximately 2"–3.5" over stock.
  • i-Force MAX (hybrid) models: approximately 2"–3" over stock.
  • TRD Pro: approximately 0"–1.75" over stock.
  • SR5 with TRD Sport suspension: approximately 3"–4.5" over stock.
• Rear shock compatibility: compatible with 0"–1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package; compatible with 0"–1" of rear lift on models equipped with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
