ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System — 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra

The Stage 4 complete suspension system combines ICON V.S. 2.5 Series internal-reservoir front coilovers with adjustable billet aluminum front upper control arms to improve on- and off-road performance, alignment range, and front-end lift for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system includes front sway bar drop brackets and ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear monotube shocks with internal reservoirs for balanced front-to-rear control.

• Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra.
• Front coilovers: V.S. 2.5 Series internal-reservoir coilovers with a larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area, and improved valving for up to 40% more travel than stock and superior ride quality.
• Adjustable front lift: Front ride height adjustable approximately 1.25–3.5" over stock when used with the included billet upper control arms (actual range varies by sub-model and equipment).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms: Add strength, durability, and on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment for improved geometry and component clearance.
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable and rebuildable joint in the UCAs that provides up to 90° of total articulation and full bump/droop travel while reducing binding.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind to allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components.
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks tuned to complement the front coilovers for balanced handling on- and off-road.
• Serviceability: ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for install.
• Wheel & tire fitment: Compatible with up to 35 x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming; recommended aftermarket wheel example: 17x8.5" with ~5.75" backspace / 25 mm offset.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part #55164 is required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using an ICON diff drop (part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Typical front lift ranges by powertrain/sub-model:
  • Most i-Force gasoline models: ~1.25–3.5" over stock.
  • Most i-Force MAX hybrid models: ~0.75–3.0" over stock.
  • Tundra TRD Pro: ~0–1.75" over stock.
• Rear shock compatibility:
  • Compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package.
  • Compatible with 0–1.0" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs with the TRD suspension package and TRD Pro.
