ICON Stage 3 Suspension System — Toyota Tundra (2022–2025)

The ICON Stage 3 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra is a bolt-on upgrade that improves on- and off-road performance, increases front suspension travel and provides adjustable front-end lift and leveling for proper stance and up to 35" tires. The system pairs ICON V.S. 2.5 Series threaded-body internal-reservoir coilovers in front with ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks and includes sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes. Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding vehicle accessories or extra weight will alter actual ride heights.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension or with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• ICON does not recommend lifting above 2.25" without ICON front upper control arms; failure to follow this may result in improper alignment or front axle damage on 4WD models.
• For certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, additional components such as a diff drop or TRD axles are recommended to prevent front axle damage; TRD Pro models may not require these items.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, additional hardware may be required.
• Front lift ranges vary by sub-model and equipment:
  • Most i-Force gasoline models: ~1.25–2.25" front lift over stock.
  • Most i-Force MAX hybrid models: ~0.75–2.25" front lift over stock.
  • Tundra TRD Pro: ~0–1.75" front lift over stock.
  • Tundra SR5 with TRD Sport Suspension: ~2.25–3.25" front lift over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 0–1.5" of rear lift on models with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package, and up to 0–1.0" on models with TRD suspension or TRD Pro.
• Certain vehicle configurations or higher lift heights may require additional ICON part numbers (for example: 55156, 55164, 58461DJ, 58561DJ) or other specific components; confirm requirements for your exact model and equipment before installation.
