The Stage 1 complete suspension system for the 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra is an entry-level performance upgrade that improves on- and off-road capability while providing front-end lift and leveling for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system pairs 2.5 EXP Series front coilover-style shocks that reuse the factory coil springs with 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged rear shocks with internal reservoirs, and includes sway bar drop brackets to preserve sway bar geometry through suspension travel.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
• Front damping: 2.5 EXP Series front shocks provide a rebuildable 2.5" diameter design that works with the factory coil springs to deliver lift, custom-tuned performance and increased travel.
• Rear damping: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks tuned to complement the 2.5 EXP front units for balanced front-to-rear control.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Adjustable front ride height: 0–2.25" of front lift over stock (snap ring adjustable).
• Rebuildable: All ICON shock absorbers in the kit are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension, Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), or TRD Pro models.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or axle upgrade is recommended to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional mounting component is required.
• ICON does not recommend lifting the front above 2.25" without ICON front upper control arms — exceeding this without the proper upper control arms can result in improper wheel alignment and potential front axle damage on 4WD models.
• Front lift ranges may vary by trim: SR5 models with the TRD Sport package can have a front lift range up to 1–3.25" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 1.5" of rear lift on models equipped with rear coil springs without the TRD suspension package, and up to 1.0" of rear lift on models with the TRD suspension package.
• Wheels & tires: OEM wheel and tire fitment is retained. Recommended aftermarket wheels are approximately 17x8.5" with ~5.75" backspace (25 mm offset). Recommended tire size up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
