ICON Stage 8 Suspension System — Lexus GX460 (2010+)

The ICON Stage 8 suspension system for the 2010 and newer Lexus GX460 is a complete bolt-on upgrade designed to improve off-road capability and on-road ride quality. This system pairs 2.5 Series extended travel coilover front shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON's CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum adjustable upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, and matched rear components to provide increased travel, tunable damping, and improved suspension geometry.

• Front 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs for enhanced cooling and consistent performance through long travel cycles.
• CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valve for easy, tool-free compression damping adjustment to tailor ride quality to terrain and load.
• Height adjustable front coilovers providing 0–3.5" of lift over stock to accommodate larger tires and more aggressive wheel/tire combinations.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms with patented Delta Joint — a high-angle, greaseable design that combines ball-joint durability with uniball articulation while resisting corrosion and contaminants.
• ICON 2" rear lift coil springs paired with 2.5 Omega bypass remote reservoir rear shocks offering aggressive bump zones plus compression and rebound adjustment.
• Billet aluminum rear upper and lower links for increased strength, improved articulation, on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and corrected roll steer geometry for predictable handling.
• Included adjustable rear track bar for KDSS compatibility and rear end alignment correction.
• Tool-free shock adjustments on select components for easy on-the-trail tuning.
• Durable construction using CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and corrosion-resistant shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required for fitment on compatible vehicles.

Notes

• GX460 models equipped with factory rear air ride suspension require a rear coil conversion kit (part number 56110).
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with certain aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain model years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• A 700 lb rear coil spring option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Factory wheels and tires remain compatible. Recommended maximum tire size: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
