ICON Stage 6 Suspension System — 2010+ Lexus GX460

The Stage 6 suspension system provides a vehicle-specific, extended-travel setup designed to improve off-road capability, on-road control, and allow larger wheel and tire combinations. The system pairs extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and tubular steel Delta Joint upper control arms, plus upgraded rear springs, remote reservoir shocks, and tubular rear links for improved strength and geometry control.

• Extended wheel travel: Tuned extended-travel front coilovers and ICON upper control arms increase suspension articulation and improve ride quality over stock.
• Adjustable lift height: Front coilovers with remote reservoirs provide 0–3.5" of lift for greater tire clearance and stance options.
• High-performance rear damping: 2.5" Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with 7/8" shafts balance rear control with the front system.
• Rear spring rate: ICON 2" lift rear coil springs tuned to complement the rear shocks and vehicle load.
• Tubular rear links: Upgraded tubular steel rear upper and lower links increase strength, improve pinion angle adjustment, and correct roll steer geometry for better handling.
• Adjustable rear track bar: Included track bar helps correct rear-end alignment and maintains compatibility with KDSS-equipped vehicles.
• Bolt-on installation: Designed for bolt-on fitment with no cutting or welding required for most installs.

Delta Joint

The system features ICON's patented Delta Joint in the upper control arms — a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the corrosion resistance and durability of a sealed ball joint with the articulation benefits of a uniball. Zinc-plated housing and a robust grease seal protect internals from the elements, while metal-on-metal construction and a greaseable design deliver long life and quiet operation.

• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb coil spring option available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
