ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010-UP Lexus GX460 Stage 5 Suspension System

The Stage 5 suspension system combines vehicle-specific, extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms to deliver improved wheel travel, damping control, and on-vehicle adjustability. Front coilovers are height adjustable to allow larger wheel and tire combinations, while matched rear components and adjustable links maintain proper geometry and handling both on- and off-road.

• Extended-travel front coilovers: 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and off-road performance; height adjustable 0–3.5" over stock.
• Delta Joint upper control arms: billet aluminum arms with ICON's Delta Joint — a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint design with zinc-plated housing and grease seal for weather resistance, greaseable serviceability, and increased angularity and longevity.
• Rear suspension: ICON 2" lift rear coil springs paired with 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• Billet rear lower links: stronger than OE links, improve articulation, provide on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and are designed for correct roll-steer geometry.
• Adjustable rear track bar: maintains rear alignment and ensures KDSS compatibility.
• Premium construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shock shafts, and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection.
• Bolt-on installation: no cutting or welding required for standard installation; shocks are fully serviceable.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" w/ 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" w/ 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9" w/ 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• GX460 models equipped with factory rear air ride suspension require rear coil conversion kit part number 56110.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain model years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Ride height: raises front 0–3.5" and raises rear approximately 2".
