ICON Stage 4 Suspension System — 2010-UP Lexus GX460

The Stage 4 suspension system features vehicle-specific, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal remote reservoirs paired with billet aluminum upper control arms using ICON's Delta Joint. This combination provides extended wheel travel, on-vehicle adjustment of upper control arms for front-end alignment, and height adjustment for the coilovers from 0–3.5" over stock to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.

Rear suspension components include 2" lift rear coil springs matched with 2.5" Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved performance. Billet aluminum lower links increase strength and articulation, allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and are engineered to provide correct roll steer geometry. An adjustable rear track bar is included for KDSS compatibility and to help correct rear-end alignment.

The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint that combines the durability and weather resistance of a ball joint with the articulation characteristics of a uniball. It features a corrosion-resistant plated housing, a grease seal to keep contaminants out, metal-on-metal construction, and a greaseable design for extended service life and quiet operation.

Notes

• GX460 models equipped with factory rear air ride suspension require a rear coil conversion kit (part #56110).
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain model years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• A 700 lb coil spring option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
