ICON Lexus GX460 Stage 4 Suspension System

The Stage 4 suspension system combines vehicle-specific extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and tubular steel Delta Joint upper control arms to deliver increased wheel travel, improved ride quality, and corrected suspension geometry for precise alignment. Front coilovers are height adjustable from 0–3.5" lift to allow larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The rear package features 2" lift springs paired with 2.0 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir shocks and tubular steel adjustable lower links for added strength, improved geometry, and pinion angle adjustment. An adjustable rear track bar is included for KDSS compatibility and rear-end alignment correction. The system is a bolt-on design with no cutting or welding required.

The Delta Joint upper control arms use a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. The joint features a corrosion-resistant plated housing, a grease seal to keep contaminants out, metal-on-metal construction, and a greaseable design for long life and quiet operation.

• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
• GX460 models equipped with factory rear air ride suspension require the rear coil conversion kit (part number 56110).
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles; verify clearance before installation.
• System is compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• A 700 lb coil spring option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
