ICON Stage 3 Suspension System — Lexus GX460 (2010+)

The Stage 3 suspension system features vehicle-specific, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs paired with billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms. This combination provides extended wheel travel, on-vehicle adjustment of upper control arms for front-end alignment, and 0–3.5" of front lift over stock to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Rear suspension is balanced with 2.0 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir shocks and 2" lift rear coil springs. Billet aluminum lower links improve articulation, strength, and allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment while optimizing roll-steer geometry for predictable handling on- and off-road. The system is bolt-on with no cutting or welding required.

The system includes ICON's patented Delta Joint in the upper control arms. The Delta Joint combines the durability and corrosion resistance of a sealed ball joint with the articulation characteristics of a uniball. Zinc-plated housing, a durable grease seal, metal-on-metal construction, and a greaseable design promote long service life and quiet operation.

• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
• GX460 models equipped with factory rear air ride suspension require a rear coil conversion kit (part number 56110)
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
