ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2003–2009 Lexus GX470

The ICON Stage 7 suspension system for the 2003–2009 GX470 combines extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs, tubular Delta Joint upper control arms, and reinforced rear links to deliver increased wheel travel, improved suspension geometry, and better on- and off-road performance. The system is height-adjustable and includes a rear coil spring conversion kit to eliminate the factory air springs on GX470 platforms.

• Delta Joint upper control arms (tubular steel) increase wheel travel, correct geometry for precise alignment, and combine ball-joint durability with uniball-like articulation
• Tubular rear upper and lower links offer increased strength, low-maintenance multi-durometer bushings, pinion angle adjustment, and corrected roll-steer geometry
• Adjustable rear track bar ensures correct rear axle alignment and KDSS compatibility
• Included rear coil conversion kit eliminates the factory airbag system on GX470 models
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts
• FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish
• Bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required

• Recommended tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles
• System compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• KDSS-equipped vehicles require rear track bar 54200
