ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — Lexus GX470 (2003–2009)

The Stage 7 suspension system for the Lexus GX470 pairs extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms to deliver improved heat dissipation, increased wheel travel, and enhanced off-road performance while maintaining on-road composure.

• Vehicle-specific tuned, extended-travel 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and off-road control.
• Height adjustable coilovers provide 0–3.5" of lift over stock to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.
• ICON Delta Joint upper control arms combine ball-joint durability and weather resistance with uniball-like articulation for longer life and quiet operation.
• Billet aluminum upper and lower rear links increase strength, improve articulation and suspension geometry, and allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving balance front and rear performance.
• CDC valves in front and rear shocks allow end-user compression damping changes for optimal ride quality across terrain and cargo configurations.
• Lower links tuned for roll-steer geometry to improve handling on- and off-road.
• Adjustable rear track bar corrects rear axle alignment and provides KDSS compatibility.
• Included rear coil spring conversion kit eliminates the factory rear airbag system (GX470-specific).
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required.

• Factory wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• KDSS-equipped vehicles require rear track bar 54200.
