ICON Stage 5 Suspension — Lexus GX470 (2003–2009)

The Stage 5 suspension system delivers vehicle-specific, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and tubular steel Delta Joint upper control arms to improve heat dissipation, off-road performance, and suspension geometry. Front coilovers are height adjustable for 0–3.5" of lift, allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The rear combines ICON 2" lift coil springs with 2.5" aluminum-series remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance. Tubular steel rear lower links provide increased strength, low-maintenance bushings, and pinion angle adjustment for correct roll steer geometry. A rear coil spring conversion kit is included for GX470 models to eliminate the factory rear air bags.

The system features ICON's patented Delta Joint — a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the durability and weather resistance of a ball joint with the articulation characteristics of a uniball. The Delta Joint uses a corrosion-resistant housing and a greaseable, sealed design for extended life and quiet operation under daily-driving and off-road conditions.

• Factory wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• System compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• KDSS-equipped vehicles require rear track bar 54200.
