ICON 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 Stage 4 Suspension System

The Stage 4 system combines vehicle-specific tuned, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms to deliver increased wheel travel, improved ride quality, and on-vehicle alignment adjustment. Coilovers are height adjustable from 0–3.5" of lift to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The rear system pairs 2" lift coil springs with 2.5" aluminum-series remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving for enhanced damping. Billet aluminum lower links replace OE units for greater strength, improved articulation, and on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment while providing correct roll-steer geometry for predictable handling on- and off-road. A rear coil spring conversion kit is included for GX470 models to eliminate the factory rear air bags.

The system features upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint: a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint that combines the durability and weather resistance of a ball joint with the articulation characteristics of a uniball. Zinc-plated housing and a robust grease seal protect internal components; metal-on-metal construction and a greaseable design extend service life while minimizing noise.

• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 33 x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles; certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb coil spring available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
