ICON RXT Rear Suspension System — 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma

The ICON RXT Rear Suspension System is engineered for the 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma to extend wheel travel, improve rear-end control, and support a range of vehicle configurations from high-speed desert use to off-grid expeditions. Developed through extensive testing, the system combines multi-rate leaf springs, high-performance rear shocks, and a hydraulic rear bump stop kit to deliver improved ride quality, durability, and adjustability.

  • Wheel travel increase: Up to a 20% increase in rear wheel travel when installed as a complete system.
  • Multi-Rate Leaf Spring: 3 user-adjustable spring rates to tune for varying vehicle setups and loads; military-wrap front eyelet for increased durability.
  • Rear Shock Options: Three all-new 2.5" Aluminum Series rear shock options featuring 10" aluminum reservoirs for increased oil and nitrogen volume, anodized aluminum shock bodies, 7/8" shafts, and fully rebuildable/revalveable construction.
  • Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop Kit: 2.5" travel hydraulic bump stop with position-sensitive technology for increased bottom-out resistance, vehicle-specific tuning for smooth engagement, direct bolt-in to OEM bump stop location, and a replaceable noise-reducing striker pad.
  • Bump Stop Construction: Heavy-duty 1-1/4" CNC machined nitro steel shaft, multi-stage CAD-plated body for corrosion resistance, double-sealed high-pressure Schrader valve with an operating range of 50–250 PSI, and fully serviceable design.
  • Installation: Designed for straightforward installation when installed as the complete ICON system; shock and bump stop components are serviceable and rebuildable.
