ICON 80 Series 3" Stage 1 Suspension System

After an in-depth R&D process, ICON developed a 3" suspension system for the 80 Series focused on improved on-road handling while maximizing off-road capability. The Stage 1 system includes dual rate coil springs, caster correction bushings, sway bar relocation components, all required bracketry and hardware, and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks tuned for balanced damping front to rear.

  • ICON-engineered dual rate coil springs for refined on-road ride quality and off-road performance
  • Vehicle-specific tuned 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks for superior damping and control
  • 2.0 aluminum body IFP shocks with 5/8" shaft
  • Corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum shock body
  • 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components
  • 100% bolt-on design — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for install
  • Includes caster correction bushings, sway bar relocation components, bracketry and hardware

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel size: 17x8.5" with 4.63" backspace
  • Recommended aftermarket tire size: up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)
  • Shocks are fully serviceable
  • Advertised lift heights are based on a typical 80 Series build that often includes added accessory weight (heavier bumpers, winch, spare, etc.); lift heights may be higher on a stock-weighted vehicle
