Stage 9 suspension system engineered for the 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner. Designed to maximize wheel travel and damping for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system features vehicle-specific, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, height-adjustable coilovers, and heavy-duty tubular suspension components for increased strength, durability, and improved alignment at lifted heights.

The system integrates ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with Compression Damping Electronic Valves (CDEV) at each shock for near-instantaneous, terrain-responsive compression adjustments. The CDEV settings can be configured and controlled wirelessly via the IIC app on a smartphone. Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms provide increased caster, retain proper alignment at lift heights, and pair with upgraded rear links and shocks for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.

• Front coilovers: Extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV remote reservoirs; height adjustable for 0–3.5" of front lift over stock
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish
• Control arms and links: Tubular upper control arms with patented Delta Joint; tubular upper and lower rear links with multi-durometer bushings and pinion angle adjustment
• Springs: ICON-engineered front and rear coil springs; rear springs provide approximately 2" of rear lift for a level stance
• Damping technology: CDEV compression damping with active adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control
• Materials & hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components; corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts; FK rod end bearings
• Installation: Bolt-on system with no cutting or welding required
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable

The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. It features a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance, a grease seal to keep contaminants out, metal-on-metal construction, and a greaseable design for longevity and quiet operation.

Notes:

• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS; front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• A 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights indicated are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; bump stop spacer kits are available to increase thread engagement beyond the recommended maximum.
• Control and tuning require a smartphone to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Maximum recommended tire fitment: 33" x 11.50"; larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 0 mm.
• Approximate ride height change: raises front 0–3.5" and raises rear ~2".
