ICON Stage 9 Suspension System — 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner

The ICON Stage 9 suspension system is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping control, and ride quality for serious on- and off-road driving. This vehicle-specific kit features extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) for active compression control. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) monitors vehicle motion and adjusts compression damping near-instantly; the system can be configured and controlled via the IIC app.

The kit includes billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms, billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links, ICON-engineered coil springs, and adjustable rear track bar for proper axle placement and articulation. Components are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, anodized or corrosion-resistant plated where applicable for long-term durability.

The patented Delta Joint is a heavy-duty, high-angle ball-joint style design that combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. It features a zinc-plated housing, a grease seal to keep contaminants out, greaseable construction, and metal-on-metal durability for noise-free long life.

• Front lift: 0–3.5"; Rear lift: approximately 2"

• Use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• System is compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain model years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil option available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights are measured on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Bump stop spacer kit available to increase threads showing beyond maximum recommendation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
