ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System — Toyota 4Runner (2010–2024) / FJ Cruiser (2010–2014)

The Stage 7 suspension system is engineered to deliver maximum performance for serious on- and off-road driving. This complete kit features extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs for improved cooling and adjustable compression, ICON-engineered coil springs, and height-adjustable coilovers providing 0–3.5" of front lift. The system increases wheel travel and damping capacity for superior vehicle control and ride quality, and is designed to accept larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

The system includes billet aluminum upper control arms and adjustable billet rear links machined from 6061 aluminum, offering strength, corrosion resistance, on-vehicle adjustability, and improved alignment geometry at lifted heights. Rear coil springs provide 2" of rear lift for a level stance, while an adjustable rear track bar ensures proper axle placement and improved articulation. The 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks use larger diameter bodies for enhanced off-road performance and smooth on-road ride.

The upper control arms feature ICON’s patented Delta Joint — a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. The Delta Joint uses a zinc-plated housing and a grease seal to protect internal components from the elements, and a greaseable, metal-on-metal design for long life, quiet operation, and increased angularity without the exposure issues of traditional uniballs.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire: up to 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Bump stop spacer kit available to increase threads showing beyond the maximum recommendation.
• System ride height: raises front 0–3.5" and raises rear 2".
• Aftermarket wheels with 0mm offset recommended.
